We came in for dinner on Saturday. There was no waiting, which is great. Overall it's was a great experience there. But my portion order seem less than when I had the same in Reno. ( it was BBQ spareribs). And also the lemonade was super sour.. I had to add a lot of bags sugar in. I really like the customer service here. The waitress came by often to ask us if everything ok. I would come back a again.
We had a great server when we went there. I could've remember her name. Great food and service!

Always good at black Bear, this time it was exceptional, our server Jasmine was the best, quick ,friendly and very attentive to our needs, and the place was packed, a Sunday morning crowd. Just passing through on our way home to Lincoln ca. Great place to eat.
The food is very good at Black Bear Diner. The service is also good.
