In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. There's a waiting list but like most places that have a line of peeps it's worth the wait. Friendly service and a good portion of food. I/we recommend that you try it.
