The female assistant manager Aj was very rude. She could've been more hospitable. Also, the basket classics didn't even come in a basket.

The chicken fried steak was my favorite, the country potatoes to. But the services today was horrible. My big bear burger was very greasy. I didn't complain or send our orders back to cooks because after sitting at the counter/bar seeing how touched and handled everything changed my mind, along with the rude waiter. Oh plus my coffee with the grains in it made me just watch how they handled service. Also with the mix up of my tab made decided to not come back to Black bear at all.
The bear theme is nice. Wait staff is friendly. The kids get a scoop of ice cream included with their meal. Steak was supposed to be medium rare, but was medium. Server grabbed the wrong sandwich when 2 similar sandwiches were ordered. Food was average.

The breakfast we had was good there but the dinner was terrible. Will not go back for dinners.
Well i had the steak ..was not season right also the mash potatoes with the gravy taste a little burn. I Love this place but the cook needs to put a little more love in the cooking.
