It's what you expect from a big chain, however everything is cooked in house so it's not as bad as say ihop or Dennys but it definitely doesn't stand out. Still, the food is usually good and staff is friendly enough.

My wife and I arrived at best western and asked what good place to eat but I saw the black bear diner and said let's try it we are glad we did I even went back at close to 8 or 9 at night it was still busy for a cold night we even went back for breakfast before we left to come home next time we go we need to bring my mother-in-law.
