Dirty mug when I ordered Hot Chocolate ☕️.... my boyfriend ordered a New York steak and then they said they were out. He was then offered a Ribeye and was told they were out of that as well.... he ordered something else and it was HORRIBLE it tasted strange and was cold, my pasta was SO over boiled it tasted like mush..... on top of that his silverware was filthy.....I will give the 1 star because our waiter was nice and they didn’t make us pay for his meal due to the fact that he didn’t eat any of it. Sorry, my food was cold, my order was wrong, the hashbrowns were hard and dry..yes larg serving but to me Quality means more than quantity
So I walk to the next shopping center to grab breakfast for my son thats in a wheelchair and I while we wait for tires. I could have easily walk 20ft next door to country waffle but thought I'd get my steps in and walk to Blackbear. These rude people at Blackbear Diner sat us then left without saying anything. 5 minutes later they seat an elderly couple right in front of us. Service was bad bad bad!!!!! 1st time ever I didn't leave a tip, and I didn't feel bad!
The disabled parking is located in the back, where it should be at the front for handicapped/ disabled people .!
Second time in a month I had poor service When I take guests out for breakfast I should have been able to depend on Black Bear Diner It appears I need to find a new place to take my business to
