Second time in a month I had poor service When I take guests out for breakfast I should have been able to depend on Black Bear Diner It appears I need to find a new place to take my business to
It was Kool but I was wanting the spaghetti and meatballs which was no longer there 😶😶😶

Hubby enjoyed his Breakfast 🍳 all I had was a Coffee ☕️ and half way done drinking I found a HAIR in the cup, showed the waitress she was so apologetic..Our waitress was good but slow.. They use to have great service but lately it's been ok.. They did give me a free pie I was going to buy for my Grandson.. Hopefully they get it together cause the food usually good..
Service was okay (waiter kept forgetting things but apologized several times). Coffee was too strong to my liking. I had the chicken and waffle with a side of green beans. The food tasted good but the chicken tenders were too crunchy. The piece I had leftover tasted better today when I microwaved it. Food portions are generous and I wound up needing a box. Atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I plan to go back but will try something different.
I like Black Bear, but some are better than others. Slow, apathetic service and lukewarm food do not make for a satisfactory experience.

Thanks for ruining the first time 2 new parents have gotten the chance to sit & eat together in 2 months. Both our orders were messed up. I sent mine back & it hadn't even come out yet when he was already done eating. I cancelled mine & we left. Very disapointed.
