No service at counter. Never came back to see if I needed anything else. My waitress was walking around flashing her tip money. That was not very professional

They don’t care about there customers!!! Only saw the waitress 3 times. 1 for the order 2. For some more ketchup which by the way waited ten minutes until I decided to get up an that’s when she remembered oh the ketchup 3 was the bill. We sat there with an empty cup the entire meal! At Hayward location. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, it was dry and doesn't come with much gravy. So, I asked the waitress (Kristal) for more gravy and was told there will be an extra charge. Waited for 10 minutes and extra gravy never came and I have to ask someone else for it. That took another 10 minutes. By the time the gravy came, the fried steak is cold and unable to eat. It is bad enough that the meal was prepared poorly, but to charge extra to make it right and doesn't show up for a long time, this is unacceptable... read more
