After I had a Grate Breakfast at Dennys Restaurant with my Daughter Rosyo Perez her husband and our Baby, ,I went to meet my friends, at Black Bear Diner at Hayward, I ordered only a Pie ......the point is, server was the horrible service care we had, so bad attitude, forgot my order, forgot the drinks we ordered, food for my friend cold like Lake Tahoe wether, after the loss my friend had, I'm feel so sorry for the server we had....����( Server Nane Catreen) not mention that, she had to asked me again, what kind of pie di... read more

My mom loved her BLT Blast, however my cheeseburger was dry and not very tasty
after spending money on a good Breakfast I ask for a Bag to carry my left overs and they wanted to charge me for a Bag, I felt was we were treated rude by the Manager after speaking with him regarding why they charge for bags. I will not eat at this Blackbear Diner again. I would like to say Ive eaten at other Balckbear Diners in California and the the service was Excellent.

The waitress had a nice smile my poached eggs came out fried and cold there wasn’t enough gravy to coat the chicken fried steak . A over priced 18$ cold breakfast, the coffee was also nice 👍🏼

I emailed them because they said they respond within 24 hours because I had an issue at the restaurant and it’s been a few days and they haven’t even responded so I’m done
