Poor Service all around! hate to bad mouth a restaurant but the new Black Bear diner in Hayward on Hesperian left a bad taste in my mouth (forgive the pun). My wife and I get there around 4:30pm and no waiting so I expected some speedy service. We sat there about 10 minutes before we got served. The waitress finally took our order for burgers and fries and a dinner salad. Well it took them 30 minutes to get our food and they forgot the salad.
