I'm going to give you guys a fair for politeness of your staff. I called in an order to pick up 2 hours ahead? TWO HOURS! I got there 15 minutes late and not only was my order not ready but it had not even been started. So I had to leave without my food. The whole point of ordering it ahead of time was because I don't have time to wait around. But the young lady at the counter was very polite and apologized. I wasn't upset with her at all.
