In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. The restaurant was “out of” a few items. That was frustrating but over all the food and atmosphere was very good.The portions are large and I boxed up my left overs and look forward to eat it (Rib eye steak) .
The only negative is waiting for your food. Longer wait than actually waiting to sit.
