In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Thank you Karina(?), my server, at Black Bear Diner! You made my "Bearthday" meal to myself absolutely marvelous!! Definitely coming back to this location... Usually would go to the one on Tropicana and Jones but this one is my new favorite!!!

This is our new family breakfast place on Sunday's . Kid friendly and very much approved ! I have the pickiest 12 yr old son when it comes to breakfast, he loves scrambled eggs and bacon (a lot of them ) .. He said this place is the best ! My 2 toddlers love their Apple French toast , and my husband and I are addicted to their hot sausage patties ;)
