In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Good food, portions are huge, and the customer service was awesome! The manager, Don, was very friendly and chatted with us for a bit. He seemed like a really cool guy. For sure coming back to this place!! �
