My food was Luke warm and was served a couple minutes after ordering. I didn’t know I was ordering fast food. The chicken fried steak didn’t even look like steak, looked like cardboard. Keep in mind I was expecting the same outcome as the Black Bear Diner in Pleasanton. I guess they are the same yet so different. Terribly disappointed.

This use to be one of my favorite restaurants. They have down graded the food. The hash browns were burnt and the frozen kind u buy in the store. Not the large fresh strips. The chicken fried steak was smaller and taste like Dennys. Mushy. It use to taste like fresh cube steak. I have gone there for years, won't be returning.
