2nd time eating breakfast here and both times it has been fantastic. Our waitress, Heather Daniel was superb. She has customer service that I expect when I am paying for a meal. Will be back. U should think about a home in Shawnee.
We had an amazing experience with our waitress Ashley. She had excellent customer service and my girlfriends complicated order didn't bother her one bit. She was awesome with our 5 year old she went Completely out of her way to make him feel special. Thanks for a great experience Ashley!!

This past Saturday was our first time visiting Black Bear Diner. We were seating within minutes. We were then greeted by our server Rhi. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Black Bear Diner. She is an extremely fun and happy young lady. When I go back I will definitely ask for Rhi. Her customer service was great.
