It's right by my house and I so want it to be good. But it's not! We always leave there saying,"never again!" Then we decide to give it one more chance. The service sucks and the food always comes out cold. Tonight was no exception. We have friends and co-workers who say the exact same thing. Get it together Modesto Black Bear! I have even complained to corporate and never heard one word back! Sad really! #neveragain.

I used to brag about black bear diner but the last few times I've been there the service and food were awful. My husband ordered a French dip when he tried to pick it up the bread fell apart when we tried to ask our server to return it we couldn't find anyone to help us because they were too busy up front chatting. There were only a handful of people there so it wasn't busy at all.
