Usually ok, but today was awful. Offered to cook another one. Was in hurry, they took it off my bill
I've been their many times and was excellent... But yesterday the hash browns were burnt and the waiter never came by to see how we were doing ...very disappointed in the service....

I was served a rancid steak, management wouldn't do a thing. Too bad, I won't be back.
I was there Friday night with my daughters The service was extremely poor, the waitress never mentioned the prime rib special, but every other waitress and waiter mentioned it To sourrounding tables, the portions have gotten so small It's not worth the money anymore it's sad I used to love this place it was a weekly thing.
We had a long wait for my daughters' 5th birthday breakfast. We had to flag down a server more than once to order, and then flag them down again for refills and extra forks for our table of 8. Kind of a bummer when you are trying to enjoy time with family and you have 3 hungry little ones. Great food, but really need to hussle on the service considering there were at least 10 servers...
the restaurant was not that busy still we had a 15-minute wait. We were made to feel we were forgotten about. We had to flag someone down to take our order and the waitress never came back to the table. We had to ask someone else just to get something we needed. The Rubin I had was great and my girlfriend had soup with a sandwich. The food was great but the service could have been much much better. Since when do you pay 4.99 a glass for orange juice.....2 orders plus 1 refill each totals over 21.00. At 5.00 a glass refills should be free Your greed of money just cost you 3 customers. Ive never had to pay over 71.00 for 3 breakfasts plus tip we left.... Service was good, food alright.....but not at tgat price
