First try...failed, added bacon. Second try...failed, burger was well done, not medium. Earned another chance, manager comped all of my meal except the drink. Fries were pretty good.

Friendly service been here multiple times but tonight we come in the sweet tea was not very sweet that was corrected ordered a rib eye steak and it is an embarrassment to even call it a steak won’t order it again
Won't go back. You get what you pay for. The fried chicken had a cast iron coating, sides tasted canned, the fries were cold, & the cod like Fisherman's frozen cod filets.

Only got 2 napkins and 2 silverware settings for a table of four. After we received our food server stopped by to give ticket and never came back..no drink refills, no to go boxes, no napkins, no offer for dessert...just never saw him again. My burger was burnt...not that I could have said anything because he never came back...my daughter disliked her chicken strips...she thought they were dry, other burgers at the table looked decent and were eaten.

Excellent food, the most god awful service I’ve ever experienced. Long story short, they have no idea what’s on their menu. If I order something from the menu, I expect that the description of the food reflects what it is that I order. They got my order wrong the first time I went twice, and I decided to give them another shot and low and behold.. they get it completely wrong AGAIN. Person seated us and then mo one paid attention to us after that. Never got to order at 3:56 in the afternoon . They were visiting instead of waiting on customers. First time and last time.

Food was cold and incorrect. When I told the waitress is was incorrect she offered no apology and walked away. She never came back and we had to ask someone else to get our check! The change was simply from rye bread to wheat and they got it wrong. I wasn’t even so upset at that but the meat was tough and the service was absolutely terrible!

We put our name on the waiting list around 9:30 AM this Sunday morning. We were quoted 30 minutes. We waited for quite some time, only to realize parties that came in after us were already being seated. We checked with the hostess and they had just skipped past us on the list and forgot about us.
