so my bill was $18.33 I took it up to the counter and then out of nowhere it turned to $20.11! they have some rounding up scam going on. I was what ever not fight it today! but man what kind of business does that.
The worst breakfast place I’ve been in Moreno Valley. The fried red potatoes s is m like they were fried 3 days ago and microwaved. Toast came unbuttered and they insisted they would put the butter. They came dripping with some vegetable oil product definitely not butter. Coffee cup had some scaly brown film inside after a drank the coffee. My easy over egg came hard.
i was excited to go but was slightly disappointed. my fried steak was dry and didn't have enough gravy. my mashed potatoes were barely warm the best part of the meal was salad and veggies. my husband ordered the rib eye which was very soft and delicious but he felt it was a very thin cut more like a breakfast steak. i dont give up too easily will try one more time . hopefully it was just a fluke
The food was cold, I like my fries🍟 hot,they weren’t even warm to the touch,,,, bacon wasn’t cooked, was fatty 🥓and the salads are ok, the dressing was good let’s just say
Terrible service at this location!! I’ve been to almost every black bear diner in California and a few in other states, and compared to those this location was the worst! The staff could not care about providing even half way decent service. We were seated and had already ordered and had not received our food or even a drink refill after an hour of placing our order! Received cold fried chicken. Not a good idea to serve food in the temperature danger zone!
