The New York steak was too dry and difficult to chew. Bad presentation of the food.
I was disappointed that they don’t have A1 sauce (Not a deal breaker) and the ranch has chunks of onions (not good for someone that doesn’t like onions)... Both mine and my husbands orders came out incorrect and my husbands was barely warm... My corrected order came out (BLT) and barely had a sliver of tomato on it... Hopefully they get the kinks worked out because I’m sure it’s a great place... We will try again, but we will try breakfast...
Opening day so of course they were busy, understandable. The wait was about a half hour, not too bad. Our server was obviously new but really needed additional training. Our food took a while to come out, the couple next to us actually requested “To go” boxes to be delivered at the same time as their food because it took so long. It turned out they were VIP’s because two managers came to speak to them and took care of their bill. However, they never acknowledged anyone else patiently waiting. The food just didn’t taste good .. we had to add seasoning to everything..They didn’t have any shrimp or the kids pizzas.. Don’t think we will be coming back 😢
