My husband and I were threatened and harassed by an employee yesterday on our way in . Nothing was done about it. Only witness was a young blonde girl in a white dodge Challenger she looked like an employee as well...never been so mistreated
the food is pretty good and the prices are not bad, the staff is cordial, but, $3.29 for a cup of coffee?!?! now that's robbery why the manager allows this price is beyond me. naturally the menu does not quote a price for coffee. ridiculous
We had an okay experience here. Went to order the cinnamon french toast and it turns out they didn’t have it (turns out they hadn’t for awhile, which I understand, but if you don’t have it, at least take it off the menu. It’s disappointing to advertise something you don’t have). Not to mention at the end of our meal, two of the wait staff had a passive aggressive spat with one another. It was very awkward. If you’re going to have problems, handle them away from the customers.

I ordered the fried chicken and mashed potatoes with an extra side of mashed potatoes cause me and my friend were going to share the meal The mashed potatoes were very starchy and icky the gravy was flower and icky and the fried chicken was not completely done it was frozen the vegetables were freshly frozen Under the Skin of the chicken it wit was partially raw and fatty very gross I will not be returning to any black bears ever again.
