Seems this Black Bear just wants to serve quick and easy meals rather than what was ordered, then the waiter blew it off, well I wrote it up correctly, knowing it was wrong still delivered wrong.
UNCLEAN RESTROOMS OVER FLOWING TOILETS WET FLOOR, DINNING FLOORS NOT CLEANED/UNVACUUMED, STAFF TALKING IN GROUPS AT THE COUNTER EATING FOOD, HAD TO FIGHT THE FLIES THE WHOLE TIME DURING OUR MEAL, COULDNT EAT MY ENTIRE MEAL DUE TO OVER COOKED BURNT CHICKEN PARMESAN. LOVE MY MERCED BRANCH. MOUNT SHASTA BRANCH WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND WE REALLY LOOKED FORWARD TO THAT STOP DURING OUR VACATION. WHAT A SHAME...
