First, its next to a gas station...its a truck stop. We, along with a few other people, waited 10 minutes to get on the list to be seated but were ignored by multiple staff members. I get it, you have a host stand, but it needs to have someone there or have someone atleast come and take the names. We left without being acknowledged.

Ruined our Thanksgiving today! Look how nasty our dinner was. Sent it back. Servers were super rude as well. Worse Black Bear Dinner location. Never again at this location!!!

This was honestly one of the worst breakfasts I had in a while, reviews and pictures looked promising but the food was not up to par. Service and staff were great, no complaints there. The food just tasted fake, hard pancakes, rubbery bright yellow fake looking eggs, hash browns weren't crispy, bacon was good. All in all my 4 year old even said these pancakes are yucky.

We discovered Black Bear in Vegas as a quick place to grab a bite before heading to national parks. We were so impressed we had breakfast there before we flew out. We were so excited when we found out they were opening in NB. Unfortunately, what happens in Vegas, stayed in Vegas. We've been several times for breakfast which has been pretty good. But the restaurant is just dirty. There's ALWAYS dirty tables with gross leftover plates and trash that sit there unattended the whole time we were there. Then we tried dinner... read more

We ate here a few weeks ago, on a Monday, and ordered from the brunch menu. Our pancakes and hash browns were not eatable. They were dry and burned. The cook tried to hide the burned part boy flipping it out on the bottom. Requested for a new batch and the new one was even worst. It was dry and burnt and looked like it was dragged on the floor. Sorry to say this was the worst experience in ve had at a Blackbear restaurant. Waste of our money.

I was excited to try this place because I heard good reviews. We waited at the hostess station for 10 minutes while 4 different people came up and asked us "how many" and then walked away. then we got seated, the restaurant was was very warm, when we asked our waitress about the AC, her comment was "this is as good as it gets". We sat in the booth 15 minutes watching our waitress mull around before she came up to our table. every table around us was filthy. Our food came 20 minutes later, barely warm. Our Son had a pat... read more

Went on a Monday morning to have breakfast with my kids. It wasn't packed, maybe about 4 other tables occupied. We were seated, looked over the menu and decided to get the Grizz which includes 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage links and ham and we also got the chicken fried steak. Both included a side of hash browns, red potatoes, grits or a side of fruits. We were informed they didn't have hash browns or pancakes so they subbed it for waffles and potatoes. The reason for my low review is due to our order taking 50 mi... read more

The host/hostess was in the kitchen trying to get the food out. We sat at the bar after waiting while no one showed up to take our name. Kitchen staff was totally inept, one waitress was almost in tears over an order of avocado toast she asked for at least 5 times, I counted. Food was good, but a long wait, no pies were out to take home, just need a kitchen staff overhaul! After

It's good food, now you won't find dining that's another story but for what it is it's pretty good. Find dining. It's like the Huisache and New Braun.
