Sad to say this was my very first time trying this place out. Food was great! Waitress was rude. My son was trying to order and she cut him off. I noticed she kept rushing the table in front of us and behind as well. At one point the lady returned a plate and I saw her roll her eyes when she walked away. Will not be coming back!
Came here to eat breakfast with my family.. we understood that it is a Sunday and we expected a wait to be seated. Once we finally got sat down they put us in a room to fit my party in back corner. A waitress shut the door to the room we were. We asked twice where our serve was. When she finally showed up a short hispanic lady, we proceeded to give her our drink order.. And she stated no what do you want to eat.. Very rude. Proceed with caution when going here. I wouldn't recommend.
Back when this restaurant first opened we really enjoyed dining there. But over time we found out the only time to get a good meal was the morning hours. Night time is terrible. The meals are poorly prepared, the servers are surly, and the music is way too loud. We decided to try it again yesterday(5 July) in the mid afternoon. BAD describes the food. Was given a nice GC for Christmas. Heard lots of positive reviews since their opening. Went in for breakfast on a Saturday, 10am. (They serve all day per the menu). Counter was empty, dining areas had lots of open seating. PLENTY of waitstaff and a host. Not busy at all. We were seated after a brief wait, our waitress appeared in about 5 mins. Terrible! One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Almost a two hour wait for our table's food, only for it to be mediocre-- not to mention a completely raw and still moo-ing steak. Kitchen refused to throw it back on the grill or remake it. Manager was of literally no help, as she refused a refund. Our waitress was wonderful though! I ordered delivery straight from the restaurants website. 3 hours passed and it never got delivered. I called 10-15 times and they never picked up the phone. But they were sure quick to take my $51!! Then I got a email saying the restaurant cancelled my order. Yet no refund of my money! Called several more times over the next couple days, still no answer. Slow slow slow. Bad food. Horrible service. Waitress was over extended on the tables she had. Never will go back.
There is no way to get there. Directions are all wrong. They need to update their Google so people can actually find them.
We went last Friday night and unfortunately we were met with racism by our waitress. We were a party of 7, 6 of us were Caucasian and 1 was African American. The waitress asked for our drinks she took everyone's order except for 1 person (see if you can figure out who she was ignoring).
