My food was cold and nasty !!!! I was served Soggy bread limp lettuce as well as bacon grease as if was scooped rt out of an old pan 🤮 Frenchfries were so old they were limp and cold I know I wasn’t there waiting for more than 15 minutes after ordering ..... hmmmm I wonder who sent their nasty food back and found its way on my plate lol Disgusting all the way around!!!! I just read about a cop who found a cockroach under her burger patty while dining in uniform at the Black Bear Diner IN Oakley, Ca. Disgusting and so not cool! Health Department was notified!
These cooks are unsanitary. They put a cockroach in a burger and tried to serve it to paying customers. This is a health code violation and disgusting that they think it’s funny that they can do such a thing. They forgot about Yelp and social media so thank goodness people can read this kind of information before spending their hard earned money there. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

Live near hear and haven't been there in a year or so was tired of their pathetic service and attention to their food they serve...One of the easiest things on the menu is the hardest for these people to get right everytime we've gone which is fries...cold and soggy or barely cooked...and it takes them 3 to 4 times for them to get it right.. what a waste of food and time...their excuses range from there's only one cook in the kitchen to the cook only speaks Spanish and no body can tell him how to cook the food the right w... read more

Whet in for lunch with my daughter got our drinks had coffee never got any cream sat there for 12 minutes. Yes I timed it and I saw people getting seated and a waitress coming up to them. It's a shame it was a good Place.

RecommendedStaff is friendly, plenty of variety on the menu. Usually the food has a lot of flavor and is prepared properly. Last night was an exception. I ordered garlic fries. They were served as regular fries with a scoop of raw garlic on top. I have NEVER had garlic fries served like this. I tried to mix it up , but too strong. I brought them home and will fix accordingly.
I was so disappointed in my meal tonight. I watched the cheeseburger salad I bought sit out and by the time it got to me the meat was ice cold, and then I order the bread pudding and it's cold too! My daughters cookie in her campfire sundae was over cooked and hard and burnt in spots.... I told the waitress about my issues with the meal and all they took off was the bread pudding....
