I used to love black bear. I've been going to different locations for 10 plus years, but the last 4 or 5 times I have been here I have been really disappointed with my food. I ordered the fish and chips, the fish used to be beer battered, but now the batter is the crumbly kind. It was really greasy and kind of bland. I don't even want to give this place a 1 star! Don't go here save your money and spend it somewhere where they deserve your money.

If any black bear excecs had my meal they would have notified meat supplier immediately. I rate ribs and tritip poor. Chili's ribs never disappoint.
waitress was a little confessed waiting on tables. Took a long time for the food. But really good most of the time.

We came in to eat here this past Friday at app 9 pm and the experience was terrible. We were seated and left for over 15 minutes. Once a waitress came, we ordered the prime rib special excitedly. We had eaten prime rib at the Napa black bear last time, and absolutely was in heaven. The distracted waitress came back 5 minutes later and stated they had three well done pieces left.
