My family and I love Black Bear Diner. We recently moved from C.A. To Provo and have been to the Orem Diner twice. The portion sizes are great! The servers have been super upbeat and pleasant. We will definitely come back many times.
This was my first time here. I had heard a lot of great things about this place so I finally made it here and I absolutely loved it! Robin was my server and she is amazing!!! This was by far the best customer service I have had since I moved to Utah! She knew I had never been here and made many great suggestions. Seated fairly quickly, LOVED the salmon, had an EXCELLENT waitress, best I've ever had hands down. She looked farmilliar, might have went to my school? I believe her name was Nickodey or something like that. Love the environment of the restaurant! Will be back!
We usually go for breakfast. Which is Utah county's beat! Friday night we had dinner. The host didn't seem to notice us. But the manager got us seated right away. Our server Nicole was amazing. They were out of several things and the food took a little too long. But because of the service and the manager. (Blonde lady) who gave us yummy Bear claws for the inconvenience. Well give dinner another try! Giving 5 stars because Black Bear is always our favorite.
I have loved going to black bear diner. It is a great place to take my family. The service is so great! I definitely look forward to going back!
Robin from the Orem location is the go-to with customer service. Helped us chose the local favorites "Turkey Pesto".
First time and had an awesome experience! Robin was our waitress and was such a sweetheart!! Their club sandwiches were great!
Well to my experience this hamburgers are the best in Utah everything is good my wife love the taco salad my boys like pand cakes so I can said I love it thanks Black Bear
