I'm leaving a five star review but our first experience wasn't necessarily 5 star. But it was their first Saturday breakfast rush so I'm giving them a break on service. It was painfully slow but I expect as they get the kinks worked out and the fervor dies down the 5 ⭐️ Review will fit. The servers were very polite and apologetic and on top of everything they could control! The food when it arrived was hot and delicious! We'll for sure be back! Very welcome addition to Sunrise village!
Servers were very attentive and cheerful! Any that walked past made eye contact and would check if we needed anything!

Ok, so this place is awesome! Delicious, huge portions and Excellent, friendly service! Melissa was our server and she was called away to help cover another section, but continued to take care of us also. :-) The corporate training staff is here to support all the management and employees for their first month. We visited with Steen, from the California corporate training office, who is very knowledgeable and personable :) Highly recommend this fun, family friendly restaurant - we'll be back, for sure!

We love Black Bear....we moved from Colorado and went to that one all the time, we are so happy one is here in Puyallup, and 5 mins from our house. � Wonderful staff, delicious food!!
