In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Was super busy but We waited a few minutes got seated, got our drinks right away ordered food got it fast and it was hot and delicious! Will be going back

Loved this place! Breakfast, lunch or dinner all day! The staff are top notch. Delecia is the best. Grace the kitchen manager is stellar. Met the owner and he is a friendly man, attentive to the customers. This is a top notch place. Going back to try the Gobbler sandwich. :)

Huge portions. Slow service right now but I imagine it's because they are working all the kinks out. Fresh squeezed oj, yummy bacon.
