My wife and I are avid BBD (Black Bear Diner) patrons. Our first experience was years ago stopping in Reno. Fell in love and couldn't wait for them to come to Utah. Finally there was one in West Jordan, then Sandy, Draper, and now one close to home, Riverton. We have been to the opening to West Jordan and Draper. We can tell you there is a learning curve.
