Having breakfast right now. Our waiter is Juan. He is quiet, unobtrusive, but very good at customer service. He kept my coffee topped off. He had our order in quickly. It was piping hot when brought out. He is very polite which you don't find often in customer service jobs nowadays. He is awesome and Black Bear Diner needs to make sure they keep him happy and don't lose him.
