Speaking only from my experience as a regular, I've watched this place going down hill very quickly in the last several months. Wanting breakfast, my disappointment today was after driving from PA to the Sequim BBD when I waited close to thirty minutes for my order to arrive. Once it did, the sausage patties were merely two pieces of charcoal, the toast was cold and looked like it had been re-toasted several times & slightly burnt, my eggs were near cold and cooked over HARD, not over medium like I ordered. Had a bad attitude last night and they didn't seem to care
We will never be returning. We have been to many black bear dinners but never received such awful service. I was brought a broken high chair which my son almost fell on the floor. that when trying to get non existed help to get a new one I was ignored by several staff members. Spent half our time trying to get assistance. Never received refills. By the time we were offered assistance we were beyond ready to leave.

Terrible service and terrible wait.. and most of all the staff touches dirty plates, glasses, silverware etc and then touches your plate of food... absolutely gross!!
I had their amazing hot chocolate, sugar filled, but it was so pretty with sprinkles on top!! Love their little gift shop too, it's cute!!
Went there just once . The service was dismal. Went there for breakfast at 10:00 but received our meal at 11:15. Wait staff did not acknowledge that we had a long wait...the food was mediocre. I would rate this restaurant a >2 stars.
