Went there just once . The service was dismal. Went there for breakfast at 10:00 but received our meal at 11:15. Wait staff did not acknowledge that we had a long wait...the food was mediocre. I would rate this restaurant a >2 stars.
Went to this restaurant this afternoon and had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The chicken pot pie was soggy and cold in the middle, like it hadn't been cooked long enough.... then the salad had a little curly black hair in it. Notified the waitress and there was no apology or anything. Asked to speak with a manager, she denied that she had any staff with black hair. Yet in the parking lot a cook walked out with a big BLACK CURLY BEARD. REAL NICE Black Bear Diner. NEVER coming here again.

Maybe they were having a bad day. Tomatoes in my salad were fermented/rancid. My wife's potato salad was inedible , tasted off. My grandson requested mustard. I tried to flag down 3 different waitresses and was totally ignored. Ran out of water and iced tea. All of which would have been easily rectified if our waitress had returned to our table even once. She showed up when we were leaving. It won't be someplace we will go back to.

We have been there several times and I don't see us ever going back. We have been forgotten about twice. We have gotten cold food. Our orders usually get messed up. We aren't even talking about peak busy hours either. Just not impressed...AT ALL!
