I really enjoy this place. I use to be a regular when I lived in Signal Hill. Since I moved out of the area I don't go as much. Every time I drop in they still remember me. My favorite server there is Mieka. She is a very down to earth lady. And yes there are others there who are great. The portions are great.
Good service and the food is very good and the place.. We Love it....and desert is taste yummy not to sweet... Its fine...

Once again absolutely fantastic. From decor to service the Signal Hill Black Bear is our favorite place to eat. Have yet to be able to eat the entire meal without bringing part of it home. It is always prepared to order, served promptly and hot, and huge portions with delicious flavor. The presentation on the plate in my opinion is an art form.
