We were overcharged for our food according to their menu and the manager was quite rude. Melissa is her name. When we brought the menu prices to her she pointed out another menu item price and stated that was the price however what she said was $5.29, which on the menu stated $1.99. We were charged $3.39 which still doesn’t match up to what the manager said. The food was undercooked and we are fans of black bear diner. We went yesterday for breakfast about 10:30. My husband had pancakes scrambled eggs and sausage. I had biscuits & gravy two eggs over medium and bacon. The pancakes and biscuits & gravy tasted like flour. The scrambled eggs must have been boxed. The over eggs over medium were slimy. Not good at all. The waitress was great.

fried chicken was very greasy. My French fries were cold, veggies even colder. Soft drinks no offers of a refill. Check was dropped off mid meal. Guess they thought we didn't want dessert.

Usually great food & experience I walked in 20 minutes before they closed & got refused service. I feel like management owes me an apology . Telling me the kitchen is closed & I’m clearly standing there watching the cook cook food.
