Your service was horrible I don’t know if this is bo to poor management but I will never set foot on any of the Black Bear diners again there is other restaurants to choose from you’re not the only place your customer service stinks 😡😡😡

This morning I ordered breakfast and it had a fruit bowl. I noticed the strawberries had mold in them. I bring it back in and tell the lady at the register. Her response was “well we can give you a new fruit bowl or give you free meal coupons for 2 people. But the mold is on the inside of the fruit so it’s not really a big deal.” This is a food establishment where children eat and they’re okay with mold being on fruit as long as it’s not on the outside. I have enjoyed the food in the past. today I got an open face turkey and they forgot to put the gravy on. I called and the manager lied and said she personally put 6 oz of gravy on herself. My turkey was dry. the plate was dry. My potatoes were dry. the manager is rude and not truthful

They served broken crumbles of cornbread muffins, and had no baked potatoes. And didn’t intend to fix these items.

TRUCKER RANT!! everything I wanted ( healthier) was not available to be made. meaning they refused to grill my chicken but... they'd be more than happy to FRY IT!! They brought out my order of which the only thing that was good on there was the sweet potato fries... the shake was gross... Dont lie to vegetarian customers.! Asked if there was bacon in the soup. The waitress almost wanted to argue with us. We showed her a peice of bacon and she said it was a carrot. The manager apologized and made it right but we wont be going back.

we go there all the time mostly disappointments from where we have to stand up and ask for coffee to the cashier..food has gotten cold from not being served right away...but a month or so..it has gotten better..more friendlier staff and we always want to Merily's table. She knows we needed some coffee every now and then..her check up so often with us is excellent..We Love her..Very Good Experience Today..Mostly are Smiley and Friendly.

awful service no one knew what was going on. forgot about us, brought my 2 year old grandson they asked if we needed a high chair then never brought it. Then took our food to the wrong table twice and then started yelling out what she had in her hand to find the correct table.
