Went here for breakfast, staff was nice and friendly. Our server refilled our drinks on time and checked on us always. However, the food was disappointing. My steak was overdone although I ordered medium well and has no flavor whatsoever, the hash browns were burned and some parts too crispy, it felt like I'm eating charcoal flavored chips. It's cheap and service is fast but I am not impressed, and will not go back.
I loved the Tri Tip Dip until they changed the roll - it's just plain nasty now. Why change stuff that isn't broken! A dip does NOT belong on Ciabatta - it was fine on a French Roll! NO REASON TO COME BACK!
Food very good...but service was just ok. Our favorite thing was the hash browns...they were amazing! This was our first experience... We will try it again.

Worst service and food I have ever had at a black bear. I will never be going to this one ever again. Both the server and the manager on duty at the time need to be fired.
