I had been looking forward to my very first visit to a Black Bear Diner. I got the roast beef sandwich, first I noticed how small it was, then there couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 slices of mushrooms and onions on the sandwich. The roast beef was WAY over cooked, dry and was not fresh nor have a good flavor. I was disappointed but will give them another chance because everything on the menu sounded great. Service was ok and timing was fast.

I love this place normally but this visit was a miss! The place wasn't busy at all but my grandkids and I had wait a long time to get our order taken. It took a very long time to get our food. My grandkids were so hungry by the time our food came. They were restless. I have to say the food was amazing as usual.
