In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. RecommendedTwo people in our group had the bacon cheeseburger salad and raves about it! Two of the guys had the tri tip sandwich and that was a hit as well. I had the chicken fried steak and it about covered the plate. I couldn’t eat it all. I’d definitely give it 4 stars!!

Everything from the hostess to waitress Atmosphere the menu was awesome and most important the food was fabulous your salad OMG we will be back defiantly
