In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. This our first time here and we were very impressed. The portions are big so if you go, go hungry! The California Eggs Benedict and the sauce was delicious, yum. Pancakes were as big as the plate, so good and fluffy! We will Visit again , real soon. Highly recommend!
