The breakfast was horrible , I had the Grizz, my hash browns were rock solid , my pancakes were mushy and to top it all off my food was cold .and we ordered orange juice and it was so sour...Waste of money

I came to your Bakersfield location after my Cancer treatment at CBCC down the street. I ordered breakfast and it came out with uncooked potatoes, runny eggs, and I honestly couldnt eat it. I asked for the manager and Talked to Francisco he agreed to take off the food and only charged me for my drinks....I left, drove 30 min away and was checking my bank account to get gas and saw an additional charge of 11.34 from the diner. my mom had been before and really like the food so she wanted to take her own family there to have the same experience but when we got there they basically ignore us we were a party of 9 and other people was being seated before us who arrive after us .. as we were waiting 30 mins now I notice one of the employee told the waiter that he has a party of 9 to wait on and the facial expression he gave was not pleasant ... at that point I was upset and told everyone to leave so we did

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Sadly they have a new cook who shouldn’t be cooking and a staff that’s sub par! I’ll never be back.
