Service was good. Food was passable but not great. Hot chocolate machine was broken which bummed my wife since it was cold and raining. Prices fair.
My family and I drove 25 miles to come to Black Bear as we heard great reviews on the customer service and food. However, that was not our experience this past Sunday, August 20th. We were a party of six. 4 Adults and 2 Children. The wait was about 30 minutes to be seated, which we were fine with as we figured with all these people waiting to be seated food must be awesome. We were seated and a very cheerful server comes along and immediately started speaking to us in Spanish, how she assumed we all spoke Spanish is beyond ... read more
