Freezing cold. Food was lousy. I had a salad and it had 4 little pieces of chicken on it. Not worth the high cost. Waiter was nice.
Foods bomb. Waitresses need to fix their attitudes.
I have been a customer of this specific diner ever since they first opened up in this location. I have grown very attached to this Black Bear Diner and it would break my heart if it were to ever go away. The store manager treats my family and I like family and we are all greatful for the pleasant and kind experiences that we always have when we go to this Diner. There food was ok but when a large cock roach walked across the counter I was done with this place. The manager told my husband it was the third report and acted like it was no big deal. If they did less standing around talking and more cleaning it might not be that way. The manager also yells at employees right in front of customers. He should be fired!
We had a wonderful breakfast till the end when we were overcome by cockroaches. My husband killed three on the wall of our both and we called the manager. He said he had killed two so that made five. All we cared about were the three at our table. What was ha going to do about our inconvenience? HE DID ZIP!!!! He just walked away. What an idiot! So today my husband wrote corporate and I called the Health Dept. there you go!!! Happy 93rd Birthday, Dad!!!!!
This location has been a big disappointment for me, I was introduced to the location in Gilroy and noticed some changes after it had been open for a while but nothing like the Tracy location. The portions have become noticeably smaller and I literally have had to ask to have my steaks cooked differently to compensate for the fact you can barely chew through the bland tough meat.
