I was having serious relationship problems with my boyfriend and it had resulted in him moving out to his friend’s apartment. Everything got worse because he started going to bars and strip clubs frequently with his friend, getting drunk and passing out. Tonight 5/18/2023 I ordered online for pickup an Open Face Turkey Dinner. Got home and found 3 thin slices of Ham and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy. Not what I ordered and very disappointed with the conversation I had on the phone with the staff expressing my concern. I don’t feel that he cared and express little concern. Not happy. Lost our business

Went in tonight 3/15/2023 for dinner. I had my mother and brother-in-law for dinner. I wasn't real hungry, so I ordered a bowl of vegetable soup and a side salad. The soup came out Luke warm. No where near as hot as it should have been. The salad was the real issue. I ate my soup and moved the empty bowl off to the side and picked up my salad. I love cucumbers. Last time our fries hard & cold as well as food, but we came back and this time I ordered a omelette which looked more like scrambled eggs with tons of onions& tomatoes and hardly any eggs, biscuit was hard and cold , my husband ordered tri-tip dip, cheese was not melted , tri-tip was very dry and cold as well …We have been customers for over 10 years but last year and now food is not up to the quality , it really sucks because We use to enjoy dining with you guys 🥺

not 1 thing was edible and unfortunately it was my turn to pick tbe restaurant :(
i couldn't order a waffle on door dash so i called manager and asked if i order a meal and want to sub pancake for waffle can u do that. he said it would be 5 dollars extra.. but i couldn't order on door dash so he said to add something else on the app that was available.. for 5 dollars. lol . they charge you 4.99 to substitute your 2 pancakes for o ne waffle ... as if they aren't equivalent to eachother? are you serious like he really couldn't accommodate the customer .
