Recommendedtonight my family and I went for dinner at 7ish we left at 840. I want to say this was in no way our waitress fault but the cooks. we ordered for 4 with an extra dinner to go. after 45 mins of waiting for food all of my family is served but me. our waitress went back to ask for my food and my to go order (same as my dine in meal) was done but mine was not, why because they didn't have any gravy. no big deal, wrong I heard the cook say it would be 15 mins until it was ready. my family starts eating and I can hear my poor wait... read more

Our first experience was terrible food was burn and absolutely terrible service. So we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again. And again the service was slow we ordered and 20 minutes later they inform us rudely they were out of chicken and said we have to change and this lady was not polite. We had like 3 different servers that had no idea what was going on. Never again will we go here in Twinfalls that is.
To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement! I called n placed an order with a friendly employee, was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 min, I gave them 30 min and then stood at the front counter for 40 min without any update on my order. I called while I was still standing there and their phone next to me rang but my call was picked up somewhere else. The employee said they were working on it and when I told them I had waited almost an hr n was cancelling my order they became very rude, thus I hung up on them n left.... read more
One morning myself and one other person was there. He was already eating. And I still could not get any service.

We’ve been in often and like I said you ran out of fried chicken 8 out of ten times, bo pot roast, no chicken fried steak, no tri tip, no ketchup, no bacon. What kind of business are you running?
Went into to this place sat around for 10 minutes and didn’t even as much as get acknowledged by an employee worst service I’ve ever had never going back
We love the Black Bear restaurants in Nevada. We didn’t get good customer service here. Didn’t get spoons to stir sugar in our coffee. Had to ask for a butter knife to put jelly on our toast. The waitress wasn’t friendly at all. Took our order and left it at that. Put our bill on the table and said we pay at the counter when we are ready.
