We came here to celebrate Mother's Day and had a pretty decent time until we found hair in our food. Leaving today with a not so great experience.

We've always had mediocre service and fairly good food. This last time though, both were sub par by a ways. My chicken fried steak was a lot smaller than any I've had before (probably gave me a small sized one even though I ordered a normal one...). Hash browns we're super soggy which was a total bummer as I was looking forward to crunchy hash browns for my birthday dinner. Had to flag down our server to get a straw for my milkshake. I ordered a hamburger and fries the fries were cold The burger was just warm my fiancé ordered fish and chips the fish was just warm and the fries were cold I got to say the worst meal I’ve had there

Used to go to the black bear diner in the summer was very good but recently it became awful we ordered food waited about an hour when we finally got it my moms turkey club had no turkey my turkey pesto was dry and shredded (I mean shredded) and my fiancé's chicken was flat and burnt when we got straws they were thrown at us and no silverware when we sat down the place was empty and 4 Girls that's worked there just stood around doing nothing and we're on break unprofessional staff worst service ever!! We were so disappointed in our meal. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich with no tomatoes it came with tomatoes and Harley enough meat on it to call it a sandwich. The french fries were so greasy I could not eat them . My daughter ordered a chicken fried steak that was so tough you could barely eat it and the vegetables were cold. We came in around 2pm Sunday afternoon. 6 adults and 3 kids. We ordered 3 Bigfoot breakfasts ( i think that's the name) 2 bob deluxe burgers, and a California burger, kids grilled cheese, and two kids waffles. The soda ( Dr. Pepper) needed to be changed ( it had no flavor ) the California burger didn't have the correct bun on it. I, along with some friends, eat at Black Bear 3-4 times a month. We have always had wonderful meals there... until last Thursday (September 28, 2017). My husband and I went with another couple. The service was good, but the food wasn't. I almost always order the California Omelet, made with egg whites. Last Thursday, it was good, but it was about half the size than normal.
