I was just there yesterday it was great Service. Before I came there I was at another restaurant and it was horrible Service. So I said I'm going to Black Bear and I'm glad I did.

So far I've had great experiences at BBD. The manager in the Visalia location has always been very friendly. I love the birthday pictures and the picture frame they give to the birthday person to take as a souvenir. Definitely will be back to celebrate birthdays.

I had a wonderful experience at the Black Bear Diner in Visalia tonight. When the food arrived I was nursing Theo. As many know, it is difficult to feed baby and yourself as the same time. My waitress took notice and asked if I'd like the kitchen to cut up my food so I could eat too. Sure enough, they did. Thank you BLACK BEAR DINER for the best hospitality and supporting breastfeeding moms.
