their 2 free meals thing is poorly thought out and badly handled. i phoned ahead and asked about how you pay with their free-meal offer, the person i spoke with was clueless. said you just come in and at paying time you show them the barcode. their offer excludes beverage and tip so my beverage was ice water. the food was fantastic as always, but apparently you have to order something specific for their deal. so i end up owing them who knows what because i don't have it. all i could do was give them my last $5 and wish... read more
they were very rude with us as a family, I I guess they want to see white people only. I am not coming back ever again
Went out for our anniversary today, Our server was super sweet, but I was very disappointed in the food this visit. My macaroni & cheese was cold and dry, she switched it for mashed potatoes, and there were chunks of onion in them, and by then I was just DONE.. Husband's burger was good, but his sweet potato fries were cold. Our server kept apologizing, for things she had no control over, which made me feel bad for her. Black Bear, y'all missed the mark today.
Recommendedtoday, after several visits this year my family and I had a really bad service with the waitress getting our order wrong, having some of our food late, at time of paying and putting a report of the service we knew that the "waitress" was the manager😤😏
All the servers were sitting close to the bar area and were gossiping. Had to ask for refills on our drinks! Asked for ‘extra crispy’ fries and the server even came to our table and said the cooks were making sure they were extra crispy. Came to the table and they weren’t even crispy let alone EXTRA CRISPY. Server did want to give more fries but was declined. Yes a meal was taken off but was not expected. Corporate and store manager WILL be notified! HORRIBLE service!
Not friendly slow service
Me and my son got seated quickly waited 25 mins to get our drinks another 15 till she took our order Food took a hr was not even busy n our food was cold !! Never again
Service was horrible, food nasty so dissatisfied n bummed out waitress just goofing around like we were interrupting her day
Compared to the El Cajon blackbear diner, this one sucks
