The food is great, however, I placed an order today on Door Dash for a biscuits and gravy breakfast. I received the order and no gravy, I talked to door dash customer service and the requesting it to be redelivered... instead of an order of biscuits and gravy I received the same order as the first time... NO GRAVY for the biscuits and no resolution. I believe the error is with Black Bear Diner since door dash is just a delivery service.
