We love Black Dog Veterinary so much! The staff has been so amazing to our beloved dog. They just adore him so much and loving seeing him at every appointment The genuine love the staff has for animals just warms my heart.
There are quite a few good vets in Bozeman. Black Dog is a great one. They went above and beyond to help us out in a tough situation when our regular vet couldn’t. They stayed late one evening to see a patient that wasn’t even theirs. In the days since, they’ve seen our two other dogs for various reasons and have discovered issues that were previously, inadvertently overlooked by our regular vet. Compassionate, thorough, professional... we definitely have a new vet clinic.
We have had some great experiences over the years but particularly the last 4 weeks the service has been phenomenal. I’m not ever thrilled to bring our animals to vet. It’s always stressful, and makes me anxious and in turn my animals react to that I’m sure. Not to mention the nervousness that other animals experience when I’m walking in with my pet and other owners with their pets are as well. But with change to current conditions and the curbside service/pick up only has really eliminated all those feelings for us. It’s ma... read more

YES! Our first visit was SUCH a treat. They spoiled both me & my pup! They gave him all sorts of love and attention! The Dr answered all my silly “first time mom” questions in extreme detail to be sure i understood. Very impressed!
